No hidden clauses. This is how ordering, wearing and caring for a custom fragrance works here.
Everything is made to order
Each fragrance is blended by hand for one person after the order is placed. Because nothing is pulled from stock, we begin compounding within a few days and typically ship within 5–10 business days.
Your formula belongs to your account
Every version carries a Formula ID. We keep it on file so the same composition can be blended again identically, or refined into a new version. We do not sell or reassign your formula to anyone else.
Skin tests before bottles
We recommend a 2 mL skin test, or a three-version set, before committing to a bottle. Fragrance behaves differently on every person, and a test is the honest way to judge it.
Returns on custom work
Custom blends cannot be resold, so opened bottles are not returnable. If a bottle arrives damaged, leaks, or was blended incorrectly, write to us within 14 days of delivery and we will remake or refund it.
Safety and ingredients
Our fragrances are oil-based, alcohol-free, and composed within IFRA guidance for skin application. They are not for ingestion or use in the eyes. Some naturals can stain light fabrics. If you have a known sensitivity, patch-test on the inner arm before wearing.
Care
Keep bottles upright, capped, away from direct sun and heat. Stored well, an oil-based fragrance holds its character for two years or more, and often deepens in the first few weeks.
Payments
Checkout and payment are handled by our commerce provider. We never see or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars; taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
